About the Role

We are looking for a wildly passionate, smart, and resourceful Marketing Specialist to join our foundational team.

This role is for someone whose true calling is marketing someone honest, clear, and ready to put in the flexible effort required to build a department from scratch together. We aren't looking for someone to just spend a massive budget; we need someone who can do "magic" with a simple budget, customizing campaigns creatively to hit ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

Resourceful Campaign Execution

• Design and execute highly customized marketing campaigns that reach specific targets without relying on massive ad spend.

• Perform "magic" with simple budgets, maximizing ROI and proving that creativity outshines capital.

Foundational Building

• Work hand-in-hand with the founding team to build the marketing department, infrastructure, and brand voice from the ground up.

• Invest the flexible effort, time, and energy required to establish Tazbeat's presence in the market.

Transparent Strategy & Tracking

• Maintain complete honesty and clarity in all marketing efforts, accurately reporting on what works and what doesn't.

• Continuously test, learn, and adapt strategies based on real-time budget constraints and performance data.
